The whole experience
Visited urban air back in November of 2023. Purchased 3 ultimate passe for the kids. Started to have a good time until another family kids were jumping around by the tables where you can sit and eat. "Staff manger of Park" came over and started getting loud/,lippy with the parents. Um the kids are only 6-8? Why do they have to be reprimanded and yelled at?...

The owner said the special event is in the page I check the page before I don't see the notification is close for event first second when they wnt you sign don't tell you about special event or something said your pay for every is open 3 I living 30 miles from there do is legal I cancel the membership for me horrible experience lost gas money when is close for special event and again liars because the page don't said nothing. THIS PLAY NO HAVE LEALTY.

I signed my daughter up for a 12 month membership on 1/27. The park was closed cuz of COVID starting in March, and didn't open back up till January . According to their website, "Initial membership period is for 12 months. After the initial 12 month period has concluded, you may cancel at any time." I sent them an email on 1/27 asking to cancel. They replied back saying they paused the membership cuz of COVID and that I owed them 8 months. They said, "If you wanna cancel your membership agreement early, the term-balance due is: $95.92 plus applicable taxes. This early termination fee is the remaining balance due on your contract." I replied back saying they canceled the contract by closing the park. I wanna be let go from any obligation since it's been 12 months since I signed up.
