So I was lookin’ for tickets to see the Yankees on openin’ day and I found somethin’ on TicketiQ that looked right up my alley. But then I saw the same tickets on another site for even cheaper (score!) so I submitted a claim to TicketiQ and was hopin’ they’d come through. And man oh man, did they ever! In less than a day they sent me a promo code for 200% of the difference between the two prices. Can I get a hell yeah? I ended up savin’ nearly 25% compared to what I woulda paid on StubHub. You better believe I’ll be checkin’ out TicketiQ for all my ticket needs from now on.

I recently had a hella stressful time trying to score some tix on TicketiQ for an event I'd been hyped for. I was feeling pretty salty and decided to drop a negative review. But to my surprise, I got a message from the head of customer service offering me some tickets to a future game and giving me an apology. It was a pretty chill gesture, but I decided to pass on the tickets and instead just wanted to give props for the customer service follow-up. It's refreshing to see a company owning up to their mistakes and trying to make things right.

So I was searching for some tickets for BTS concert, and then I came across TicketiQ. The website says that the price of the tickets would be the same, and that there would be no sneaky fees, so I thought I'm in the clear. Ok so, I had a pretty bad experience with TicketiQ (ticketiq.com). I was trying to get tickets for this event and I found them a bit expensive on TicketiQ, so I started looking around and found better prices elsewhere. I decided to let TicketiQ know that they weren't the cheapest and sent them proof of the better prices I found.

The thing is, these guys stopped responding to me after I gave them the proof and then they didn't honor their guarantee. I even called them and they hung up on me! I couldn't believe it. I mean, they're supposed to have good customer service, right? But they were a complete and utter joke.

The worst part of it all was that I found tickets in the same section and row, for the same event, at a cheaper price on another site. And yet TicketiQ still wouldn't honor their guarantee. I even took some photos to prove that the seats were in the same area as their guarantee, but it didn't matter to them. They said I wasn't matching their "guarantee" area, but I was!

In the end, I managed to get to the show with better seats at a cheaper price, which was great, but I'm still really angry at TicketiQ. These guys are scammers and they should be called out on their BS. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I recently snagged a deal on tickets to watch Boston Bruins play at the TD Garden thanks to Ticket IQ, and I thought I would share my experience with you all. Despite the current situation, I’m hopeful that this review will help those looking to purchase tickets for future games.

I placed an order for three seats on March 9th, 2020, with the event scheduled to take place on March 16th, 2020. My tickets were for Lodge 19, Row 13, seats 7, 8, and 9 - a perfect view to watch the game from! The order was in the name of Robert Pagliarini.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the game was cancelled, and Ticketmaster and Ticket IQ informed me of a refund. However, as of now, I am yet to receive the refund.

I have been trying to get in touch with Ticket IQ for a while now, but I have had no luck. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and even messaging them on social media, but to no avail. I can understand that they might be busy during these unprecedented times, but I really need my money back.

As mentioned earlier, I did receive an email from Ticketmaster confirming that they have refunded Ticket IQ, but I have yet to see the funds in my account. As a loyal customer, I’d hate to think that this could be a case of bad business, or even worse, criminal behavior!

Overall, I appreciate the fact that Ticket IQ offers great deals on tickets, but I do hope they could improve their customer service, especially in situations like these. I sincerely hope to receive my refund soon and continue using their services for future events.

So, I recently used TicketiQ to purchase some tickets for a hotly anticipated match between the 49ers and the Seahawks. The transaction went through with just an hour remaining to game time. I tried to call to get my tickets but instead of getting the tickets I was promised, I received a cancellation notice without so much as an apology.

What is more disheartening is that instead of trying to rectify the issue, the company kept bombarding me with multiple emails to buy tickets. I took it upon myself to send them an email to explain the issue, but to my dismay, I never received a response back. Furthermore, their website and app remain prone to error messages, which was really frustrating.

Honestly speaking, I am disappointed. I have used this kind of service before and never, have I ever experienced such poor customer service. Who expects such an unpleasant experience from a company they trusted and thought they were doing business with?

Honestly, I cannot recommend this company to anyone unless they fix their act. The lack of response to such an important customer concern is unacceptable and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't want anyone to go through the same disappointment and frustration I went through. Stay away from TicketiQ.
