Urban Air Trampoline Park- Cordova, TN
My daughter, who is in Kindergarten, and I attended a play date at Urban Air in Cordova, TN yesterday. Around 4:45 PM, I took my daughter and her friend to use the restroom. It was the bathroom located within the concessions area, the first bathroom door on the right hand side immediately to the right of the concessions counter. The bathroom has two stalls, a small stall and a large stall. As my daughter attempted to open the larger stall, the bathroom stall door immediately fell on top of her. It was as though it wasn’t secured to the hinges at all.
The stall door landed on my daughter’s left foot and then proceeded to push her flat on the ground. An incident report was filed, and management was notified. However, their only attempt to improve our situation was to offer an ice pack. The manager on duty said, “the door had just been fixed.” We didn’t receive a refund or an apology.

I had some problems with this place. We tried to cancel our membership, but it was a hassle. The owner said we could cancel, but when we called corporate, they said they needed to talk to the owner while we were on the phone. My daughter got punched in the face by a boy, and no one did anything about it. The owner said we could cancel, but we had to be there in person. The owner is hardly ever there, so it's tough to get anything done. I thought our membership was canceled, but they charged me again. I want my money back, and I want our membership canceled because they don't seem to care about little girls getting hurt.
