Rachel Ray Skillet
What a disaster! I received a Rachel Ray "non-stick" skillet as a gift, which was purchased at the local Target store but when I took it there to get some satisfaction I was told that unless I had a receipt not to bother them with it. Is there some way that you can get me some satisfaction on this? This is not the Target that I remember at shopping at for several years here in Jefferson City, MO.
Surely there is way to handle this.
Desired outcome: Get a replacement as the warranty advertises.
I was wrongly charged at checkout
I was in Hyannis Cape Cod and purchased Hanes Pantyhone on 9/21/2022 for a wedding I was attending there. I was charged for two at $9.00 each and total of $18.00 I only purchased one pantyhose and should have been charged $9.00, which is exorbitant to begin with This is wrong. Please reimburse me for both my inconvenience and wrong charge.

Wallet in Target Circle App
I am unable to use the Target Circle app, which also means I don't have access to promotions/sales. It is asking that I "verify" my Target RedCard. I follow the directions: enter my pin, enter the generated 6-digit code and submit. I received the following response: Sorry, this RedCard couldn't be added to Wallet at this time. Please try again later. It then gives me a number to call (the first number listed below).
I've contacted reps at 800.591.3869 (11 minutes long - Ann tried to help me here by removing and adding my RedCard to my account - didn't help she disconnected the call) and 1800.659.2396 (27 minutes long - Angie, who transferred me to another number after "finding someone that can help you. Sebbie or Stephie, said she could help but also disconnected the call).
Several weeks ago, I tried working with a gentleman through the Chat feature but he was also unable to get this fixed. I also talked to someone at the store and they were unable to help me.
I used the email option to reach out and they responded by telling me to call the first number I called. I asked if someone that can fix this is identified and if they could call me. They responded that they are outbound only and cannot call me.
I have been a RedCard customer for 12 years, paying my monthly balance in full every month, never late.
Desired outcome: I would like the "verify card" removed so that I can use the payment method in-store.
Gender mix ups
Transgender model adds have been so disturbing. The gender mixups get me frustrated when in store cause items are just everywhere rather than in designated areas for GIRLS and BOYS. They market girly items under "boys" and continue marketing girly items under girls. Talk about weakening men.
Target higher ups have lost there mind and my service. One's SEXUAL preference is left at home in their closet or bedroom not the retail store. I do like target but I can't support a business like this that requires me to explain something every 5 minutes to my young children who haven't had the birds and bees talk 🤦â€â™€ï¸
Desired outcome: Don't mix boys and girls items and take transgender ads out.
Products and social issues
Hoping that Target stops selling products made in China due to all the human rights abuses, like child labor. It would be nice to buy products made in the USA. Consumers would rather do that than support child labor practices in China. Also, Target is liberal and is unappealing to conservatives who oppose trangenderism, lbgtq stuff. The bathroom policy at Target is appalling and dangerous. And the pharmacy at Target should not sell contraception and abortion pills, or anything else that is immoral. No donations should be made to the likes of Planned Parenthood, as well. Thank you
Trade in program
The local stores in my area would take in the trade electronics and issue a Target gift card. They no longer do that. You have to now do it online. I filled out the form and submitted it. I received an email confirming my info and had a link to "print your USPS" shipping label and packing instructions". The link did not work at all. It would redirect to a page that read:"Hmmm - It appears you don't have access to this page. If you believe this to be in error, please contact the program administrator to request access."I called the customer service number on the email [protected]. And this is the frustration
1. No one who answers speaks English that can be understood. So, to have to have them repeat everything they are saying is annoying!
2. The have a canned dialog that you have to wait for them to get through in order to get to the problem. Whatever your problem, they experienced it also which we all know is not true and just part of the script they have to read from.
3. Their response:"Go to your local Target and have them print the label. We do not do that."4. I told the customer service agent that I had gone to the store and spoke with the manager last night and the manager told me they do not do that. Furthermore, they have no way of doing that l and I was also told all the Target stores in my city no longer participate in the trade program. The manager told me that the customer service person must think that all"districts"are the same and they are not. They manager said I should call customer service back and tell them to send a link out to this district's senior management team with a link and instructions on how to do label printing! She said, tell them"we are store number 1944!"
5. So now I am not only a customer with a problem but also a messenger for corporate and the stores! So is this the way to treat a customer of over 20 years!
So you have program in place but when a customer participates and has an issue, no support and the customer has to find a solution themselves. SOL for the customer, right?
Desired outcome: Send a shipping label! Fix your responses to problems calls. Don't give the run around! Analyze programs, find where problems are. And do not have CS people read canned responses that are so fake, it is an insult to the customer.
Frozen card
Yeah I’ve had my target card for 20 yrs never missed a payment always pay more than I owe and have paid off the car off yearly or more often. I missed one payment of 30 dollars and paid it promptly when I realized it (2 days late) they froze my card! [censored] company! Btw credit score of 833 here so no one can say I should just suck it up. I know how the game is played.
Desired outcome: Ditch the late fee and say ur sorry
Apple 7 Watch item #[protected]
I ordered the apple watch on 7-11-22 and the box was delivered to my porch on 7-14-22 at 4:58 pm. I immediately opened the box and no phone was inside. Upon examination I found the bottom had been slit open and then sealed back up with clear tape. Someone stole the phone! I phoned immediately 5:15 pm and notified Target. I spoke to customer service every day since the 14th and was continually advised it was 'being reviewed internally'. I would either receive a refund or a second watch. Then today 7-22-22 I receive email from Guest Relations stating "after reviewing the order and tracking details, we consider this to be a 'SUCCESSFUL' delivery! Bottom line...I, the customer am our $360.00. When asked 'how was a determination made, Ted, badge #725304, advised Target NEVER shared the information with customers as to HOW they made such a determination as to this being a SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY! Why should I, the customer, be made to suffer the loss when the watch clearly was taken at the warehouse or by the FedEx driver! That should be between Target and FedEx...to determine who stole it. I KNOW it was not taken from my porch as I was outside watering when it was delivered. Such unforgiveable customer service I have never witnessed. Ted just kept repeating 'Internally the determination was made it was delivered! The decision has been made! Just what crystal ball did someone have to make that determination? HOW WOULD A FED EX DRIVER KNOW WHAT WAS IN A TARGET BOX... I demand a review of this theft. IM FURIOUS to be left holding the bag on this order and demand a full refund!

I ordered the Apple 7 watch on 7-11-22. It was delivered to my porch on 7-14-22. I was outside watering so saw the Fe'dEx driver place it on my porch. Took it inside and opened it. To my surprise there was no watch inside. Upon inspection I found the bottom had been sliced open then replaced with a single piece of clear tape. Target was notified immediately (20 minutes after delivery) of the theft. I was advised it would take up to 7 days for a determination to be made whether I would receive refund or replacement. Today, 7-22 received an email stating "After reviewing the order and tracking details, we consider this to be a successful delivery'! Bottom line. I am out $369.00...I
Bed Linen - EveryRoom
I purchased this bed for my thirteen year old daughter. We already had to make additional changes to the bed because when she sat in it she fell directly threw. There was only about two or three bars going horizontally and there was a very large gap. She fell threw multiple times. So we had to put pieces of wood horizontally as well. Now, today she sat on her bed and the black legs under the pieces of wood that we first had a problem with. So, the bed is now slipping and moving and she is now afraid that if she moves or gets on the bed to aggressively then it will break.
Desired outcome: I just wanted to get my point across and fix this in the future.
Return/exchange policy
I purchased a pair of $17.99 men's slippers at Target last week. I attempted to exchange them for a larger size, and was told that they will give me a certificate in the amount of $17.99, but that if I want them in a larger size I'd have to pat another $17.00 for them. I'd never encountered such a ridicules policy. In other words, if I had purchased an item for $500.00 and needed to exchange it for what ever reason, I'd have to pay another $500.00... Totaling $1,000.00
I had been a loyal Target customer for many years, but I will Never, Never, Never again purchase anything from target. Never Again!
Desired outcome: Exchange slippers for a larger size without having to paying double!!!!!!!!

I am a frequent shopper at target. I am so disturbed by target selling and promoting transgender undergarments that I needed to voice my disappointment. I am a conservative Christian. Who just wants to buy my toilet paper and not have others sexual preferences shoved down my throat. Whatever people choose to do in their homes is between them and God. I don’t need to support it. Please take all this out of your stores.

Truck driver
Last night I was going west on US 40 between Indianapolis and Plainfield Indiana. Traffic was slowing as it approached the Ronald Reagan Parkway intersection and police lights could be seen but it wasn't clear yet which lane was blocked. I stayed in the right lane and stopped fairly short of the car ahead of me. A semi-truck with a Target trailer pulled up next to me in the left lane and stopped with the tractor ahead of me. He had to have seen me. I didn't get any numbers so unless specific routing information is kept, you won't be able to identify the individual driver. I can say this: it was exactly 6:00 PM and the tractor was not labeled as a Target tractor. (I think it was dark blue.) Had he waited until traffic started moving, I'd have probably held back and let him in. That wasn't good enough for him. He decided to pull over right then. His trailer was still next to me and started swinging towards me. I honked, but he ignored me. I was able to scoot right a little, but there was traffic coming in that lane and to pull forward would have put me closer to his trailer. Afterwards, he flipped me off for honking at him. This should be diciplined.

4/12/2022 around 7:35am I was headed west on I26 in Spartanburg, SC between exit 20 and 18A. I was in the left lane about to pass a Target truck that I noticed was quickly approaching a blue trash truck. Instead of braking he got within 5 ft of the trash truck and jumped into my lane. I slammed on my brakes to avoid having my front bumper hit throwing me into the median. I had been in the left lane for a mile or 2. Any good driver would have clearly known I was there and slowed down & signaled. I almost always let people who signal in advance but he gave no warning. He signaled as he jerked the truck over. Luckily I had been watching him because something seemed erratic about his driving. The driver clearly has no consideration for anyone but himself as he nearly hit the garbage truck, the car that just passed his front bumper and me. I see numerous complaints about your semi drivers. It seems maybe you should do a better job hiring or not stress the drivers so much that they risk the lives of others on the road. I had 2 teens with me and I couldnt follow him or get around him to see who was driving. If I see that truck is involved in an accident later today I will be sure to contact the responding officers as well as whoever he takes out and let them know. You need to get that driver and others off the roads!
Desired outcome: Safer truck drivers & this driver off the road until he can prove himself worthy.
Truck Driver
I was driving west on Hwy 84 from Gresham to Portland approx 3:45 pm on Tuesday Mar 15th.
A Target truck #593085 changed from center to left ( fast ) lane immediately in front of me. I had to slam my brakes to avoid being side swiped.
I observed the driver was a middle aged gray haired male.
I was driving at the designated 55-60 mph.
The truck was moving slightly slower.
I thought their may have been a problem with the center land.
I moved over to the center lane to investigate.
I saw no cars in the center land
The driver had no reason to change lanes as the next exit or fork was 3-4 miles ahead.
The driver was driving slower than other cars in the center or right ( slow lane)
Again, the driver had no reason to unsafely change lanes and after changing lanes, was a hazard to other cars in adjacent lanes needing to pass on his right.
Desired outcome: Warning to driver to be more carefull
Target Red Card
February 2022.
I have been working hard to improve my credit and Target RED card just killed a good portion of that work. They reduced my credit limit because I haven't used it enough. Slamming my score by 16 points. No notification. Never received a letter. They said there is no way to fix this. They offered to request a credit increase (that will ding my credit again) . Never a late payment, Never over the credit line.
So If you have a Target Red card Please at least Buy something and return it before they charge you interest or better yet just don't get one.
Desired outcome: Target Restore my credit and credit score. A banner across their site notifying all customers of this damaging practice and that a certified letter be sent before this damaging practice is implemented.
Avoid Red Card. They want private info and gather personal data. Red Card and Target have an agenda and are liberal biased

Fri Feb 11, 2022 card ending in 1074. Was charged twice for one cell phone I was instructed by employee to swipe card again didn't go through 1st time so I did and it didn't give debit option went thru as credit didn't have to sign anything either felt ackward for a target and amount spent no signature. There's nothing I expect you to do about it--unless you want to check and quit carrying that particular clock. Anyway, it's very annoying and I just wanted to complain to someone.

Truck Driver
Truck # 149455 was on 287 near White Plains on 12/12/2021 driving like a maniac. The highway was rather packed and I moved into the lane in front of him. He started flashing his brights, when I was 2 or more car lengths in front of him, He then moved to the left lane with his huge truck and continued to swerve in and out of cars on a packed highway. This person should not be operating any vehicle, never mind a large truck.
