Order cancellation
Hello,
Starting in february target all of a sudden started cancelling any online order I purchased. I tried changing the address, the payment method, everything. Every time I called, they said they would forward it to a review team and they would be in contact. And then every time I’d get a generic email from the review team saying they don’t know why it’s cancelled and to please visit the store to purchase. The final person I spoke to after months of being unable to place any orders online told me the account was bad and needs to be deactivated. They then told me I wouldn’t be able to link my current email to a new target account, which is insane in itself since I only have one email. I finally gave up because I need an item that is not in stock in stores. I created a new email address and a new target.com account. I made sure everything matched in my payment method and then boom, the first online order I try to place gets cancelled again. So I tried a different credit card and it got cancelled again. I called customer service and they told me the same thing as last time, that they’ll forward it to the review team. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever dealt with.

one of your locations in brazos county texas has hired a brandon deherrera [protected]), this individual lied on his application , he worked for me and was fired for stealing but thats the least of your problems- yes he is stealing from you, and telling others how to do so also, but his goal is much more serious, after working there for 6 months he will claim he was injured at work and file for disability against you, hes tried 5 times in the last 2 years to file false law suites, file for unemployment while lying on all of these forms and to lawyers, ive spent the last 2 years defending myself against his alligations, he and his wife have 5 chilkdrn receive govt assistence and he is constantly trying to file claims for being injuried at work or discrimination etc etc, but his wife is posting on social sites bragging about how much they are stealing and telling others how they too can steal from target but switching price tags- stealing and returning products for cash etc etc and they have a very large family that i promise are all a part of this scheme, they are extermelly prolabor and anitbuisness just check out his wifes facebook and youll see miranda deherrera in bryan texas. if you keep this guy much longer i promise you youll regret it financially hes cost me more then 20k in 2 years with his attempts to sue me and claim he was disabled while working, hes not disabled in anyway he just wants someone to give him money without working, check his schedule to hes constantly calling in sick or no showing , especially after 6 months he will do things to get you to fire him then file for unemployment against your company, they think hes getting alot of money this time because your companies huge im just a lil mom and pop organization, large corps like yours is what hes targeting no pun intended good luck

Online ordering and in store pickup.
My girlfriend was trying to order things from both of your locations in savannah georgia. Well within 20 minutes of ordering I get an alert that order is ready but only 1 thing out of the many things ordered got fulfilled you took my money for the other items and the never returned it. then the second time trying to order from the second location. Same exact thing but this time they said I picked up the order and was charged the full amount but never did I step foot in that store and dont have any of the things I paid for and now Im out $170, so I will be calling the authorities for theft, and will be filing disputes with my bank because this isnt on them this is directly on you. I see the trick [censored]ery you try to pull but you do that assuming the consumer is stupid but we're not, and we're fed up with this constantly happening. What Im really upset about is your employees marking everything as non-returnable so you keep so thats where we get people involved to look at the fine print. What a scam.
Desired outcome: Attatchecd is the one of a few receipts claim I picked these items up. I will be in there tomorrow getting answers and filing a police report when the cameras show I was never there.

This store is very racist and treats certain people horrible! I have been in contact with an attorney for a lawsuit. Nobody should be treated the way that this staff treats those at in a store where they go to shop for their families! They will honor price matches for one customer and literally be right behind them in line and they will deny the same price match for you. I have had them price override an item $50 dollars and I have a valid price match for $6 dollars and they won't help at all. They need to have all new employees, they will be closing next like some of the Walmarts because people deserve respect and would rather shop online at other retailers if they are going to be profiled! There is a manager Ann Marie, Vanessa, Miguel and I believe Ashley , she didn't have a name tag and refused her name
Desired outcome: Target corporate to reach out to me and discuss, these employees need to be written up at the least but when a lawsuit is filed they need to be fired
Target circle bonus offer
I was to get $10 in rewards for making 2 $60 purchases. I got the first one in, but now it won't give me credit for a purchase of $61 plus. It would not let me cancel the order so now I have to wait till it gets delivered and take it back. I did everything right, so now I will be shopping at Target a whole lot less. My name is Neal Buchwald [protected]. Also I contacted customer service but got no response.

Target gift card
I bought gift card 10/31/22 & paid by debit card with other items purchased. Had clerk load $50 value onto gift card. Gave to friend as thank-you gift. She used approximately end of Nov. 2022 for various purchases. Cashier said card had zero balance and looked to be "tampered" with. Card was in my possession until she tried to pay for items. Store manager told my friend to call fraud investigation 800 # on back of card which she promptly did. When no word back after 10 or so days, I called fraud # on back of gift card. No case # was assigned by first customer service phone rep, so I filed complaint & also turned the fraudulent sale by Target over to my bank for fraud investigation. All my bank could say was that receipt showed I used my bank debit card to pay $50 for a gift card. I filed another complaint & got a third case # from Target. No word after more than 10-12 business days, so I called yet again. They said they had my email spelled wrong. Corrected. Now there is a 4th case # open with Target and they want pictures of my store receipt & front & back of card. Manager of store where I bought said I can't pursue this in person, it has to be thru 800# on back of card. I don't have smart phone to take pictures of receipts & card that they want. I believe store cashier pocketed $50 from his register & didn't load any value on gift card when I purchased it. Target has done nothing but give me a run around, and I have shopped there for years. I have read many horror stories since this happened to me that Target gift cards are frauds resulting in stolen funds paid for them.
Desired outcome: Return my $50 that I paid for and did not receive any value on the gift card.
I would like a refund (my receipt states “cannot be returnedâ€) I simply want what I paid for!
On 11/09/2022 I purchased a gift card from the Target on Bellflower Blvd in the city of Long Beach for my daughter-in-law. She went to use the card and was told that the value was zero, I couldn’t believe it but somehow it had been used before it was sold to me! I assume that is what happened because I paid for the card and the person I gifted it to was denied use! I called Target customer service and sent them a copy of my receipt and a copy of the card I purchased and was told they would research and get back to me, that was sent on 12/21/2022. I contacted them again on Jan. 2. 2023 asking when they would be finished researching…. No response. I understand from social media that many other people have had it happen to them…if this is the situation then I call this a scam.

I purchased a Trac phone at Target. It does not work. I WAS I told I could not get a refund even Tho I had the receipt because I did not have the box with the code the person who sold me the phone threw it away. I was told to call the 800 number 800 NUMBER my daughter-in law called. they told her to have them check the camera. I told the store manage what they said to check the camera and give me a refund. her name is Ciara and her supervisor. Ciara told me the system was down and she couldn't do anything I told her again to take down my number and call me. Ciara repeated 3 more times that the system was down before she finally took my number. Ciara took my number, and the call was ended. I'm waiting on her call, how long I do not know.
Desired outcome: refund, I do not expect an apology from her, I don't think she would give me one anyway.
Phone not working at store

Today 12/30/2022 I tried calling the store (at Manalapan new jersey 55 Hwy.9) I did get an answer after calling five or six time and tried customer serve I tried the night before about a pare of reading glasses that I forgot at the store the night before (at 5:13 PM) at that time I called about 8:30 PM and did not get an answer.
The next morning, I called again and did not get an answer (calling from 8:00 am to 8:30 am) when I got to the store I asked if some had fond a pare of glasses they did I thanked them and then show them that their phone did not ring when I called the store the manager was upset that I pointed this out and send that they don’t answer the phone before 8:30 am when I pointed out that I called the night she said that she was not at the store
In closing I know that a store is busy but if you have a problem with the phone and a customer points it out to you should not behave as the customer is a nuisance

FEDEX GROUND Tracking # [protected] It was delivered Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
When it arrived the box was destroyed. It was as if the box was kicked, thrown - definitely not handled properly. The litter leaked inside the box in the bag it was in. Grateful there was a bag. When I removed the bucket from the box I found that the container had a crack in it from top to bottom. The litter leaked out onto my carpet. I had to transfer the litter to the plastic bag that the bucket was in, cut the bag down to a manageable size, and fill the litter boxes from the bag.

I have ordered from Walmart, Chewy and other stores and have not received my purchase is such unacceptable condition.

Target store gift card
Target gift card compromised
If you have Target gift card or you are planning to gift them, be aware I think their gift card system might have been compromised. I bought a gift card on Dec 04 in a physical store, and I have it with me all this time when I try to redeem it on the Target app it was invalid. I call them and Target say it was redeemed online on the 6th, which is impossible as it was in my desk draw. Someone was able to redeem the gift card without physical access to the card or someone was able to reproduce the security sticker that looks the same as the original one.
Desired outcome: Inform the public that hacked gift card are an ongoing issue. Stop sale of all gift card until security on gift card are fix or improved. Refund value of my compromised give card.

I tried to call this morning, but it was the wrong number you sent. Typo’s do happen to all of us. I was able to find out the information that I needed by calling the gift card balance and found out the card was spent in Hooksett, New Hampshire, the amount ($100. exactly on 2 sales) that was spent, but not the type of items purchased.
I purchased the card in Texas and sent it to Washington State as a gift for a sailor for Christmas. She being in the military did not get leave to go to Maine until January. On January 11, she went to a Target store in Biddeford, Maine to try to use the gift card, that is when she found out it had no funds available to her. How horrible I felt when she called and told me that there was no money on the card.
She was buying presents for her family for Christmas. She was embarrassed as well. How sad!

Unable to redeem earned e dollars
After earning $183.25 I waited around 2 months to go back and redeem e dollars for something I could use I selected a home depot gift card worth $25.00 cost of $75.00 of my earned e money, after going through the process a error code qsb0303-17 telling me to contact customer service which I did, the web site mention fast responses well no one responded! So while waiting for them to message me I googled the code and learned more of how this is a long running issue with them. Since this just happened today I think ill give them 48 hours to respond to me. After that I may look into seeking out other with same unresolved issues to this pattern for a class action suite!

I have been waiting a week for an email from the resolution department regarding a $150 gift card I purchased that reflected a $0 balance when being used. I called and they were able to document the receipt and confirmation of funds being taken from my debit card for the purchase, yet I have to wait for an email to see what the next step is. I’ve contacted them twice about this as I gave the gift card to my niece as a baby shower gift. I was told I would receive an email from the resolution dept in 2-3 days. It’s been 7 days and still no email. This very embarrassing to hear my niece was at the store and the card did not work. It is completely ridiculous that they still have my $150 and will not refund me or put the funds already paid for on to the card. Such bad customer service!

Red card debit card
Target is charging me 4,200 dollars for a claim that is not correct. This has been denied but they have failed to provide information that roblox cards were used on my IP address. Someone stole my card number and debit pin and charged 2300 dollars. Target said I did it and I was present for the transactions. Have they viewed the camera to see me on camera making the purchases. If so they would see its not me. What state were the purchases made? So that means that someone either who works in target has my information. I dont buy roblox in person, its always online if target can see this. I am also being double charged for a purchase I did not make. If they look the roblox number are the same and I was only reimbursed 2300 dollar from my bank and not 4000 dollars. This is an inside job, but how can I prove I didnt use my own card. I am asking for a resolution to this because my credit will be tarnished because I did not make the charges. I need them to provide information of if the purchase was made in store or an IP address of where the target cards were used and dates and times the charges were made.
Desired outcome: Look at camera to see who made purchases , what state the purchases were made, what state cards were used or IP addresses that were used
Threshold signature hand towels, wash clothes and towels
I have been a big fan of Target for years. Loved the quality and choices your store offered. Sadly, your product (Threshold) is awful. I am a woman in my 50's and I have bought many towels and other bathroom products over the years. This is no exaggeration but the first time I washed the hand towels, I could see the discoloration, something you normally wouldn't see for quite some time. And now, the seam/hem line for the wash clothes is coming apart! These are things you wouldn't see in a product only washed and used a few times. I am truly disappointed in this product and considering how much I paid for them (they weren't cheap) I have to say I'm a little pissed as well.
Desired outcome: Not really sure. I bought the bath products some time ago. They sat in a closet for over 5 months before they were ever used. We were remodeling our bathrooms. I don't have the receipts.

I am writing because my target debit card number and pin was confiscated online by a hacker for 2500.00 dollars of roblox using my pin number. Target says that I made the charges. If they look at my account I have been a loyal customer and would not make 95.00's 10 times in a day. This card is attached to my bank account and hackers have taken almost all I have in my account. Target states they have completed their investigation and I made the charges so they have billed to my target debit card. They have allowed all my information to be taken by hackers and will not provide credit monitoring for me when I called. They said they would put the dispute back in the system. This could really hurt my credit because I refuse to pay for something I didn't receive. Target needs to held accountable for the security on their debit cards. Wells Fargo was able to help by returning the money to me but Target says I owe them money still and refuse to take these charge off. I asked them not to send another care and they send one anyway.
Desired outcome: I want every dime off that Target debit card that they are holding me responsible for.
