Buyer beware
SpaCoverBuyDirect.com produces ill fitting spa covers brand named Spa Mate. They are not OEM. Owner is nice when ordering but very rude and downright deceptive when there is a fit problem. No matter what the problem is, this company WILL NOT work with you or take any returns. The owner required photos of his cover on our spa. After supplying them, he drew my attention to one of the photos and told me how well it fit. That particular photo was of our original spa cover, not his. When I told him that, he quickly moved on to repeatedly point out that his company has been in business over 30 years and has NEVER? had a fit problem. Mine was the first. I hardly think so! When you are purchasing a $450+ spa cover, be sure that you are getting OEM. If not, it likely will not fit. Stay away from this company.
