Lux did my pool in fall 2021

Lux did my pool in fall 2021. It was hard to get them to start the work. Since early March 2022, I've been trying to get a hold of the boss (Jayson) to finish the job. He didn't answer for a long time and then said he was out of town. I texted him many times about problems with the work and to schedule the finish. He didn't answer. I said I would contact ComplaintsBoard.com... he answered and said it would be done by Memorial Day. It's 6/14/22 and I haven't heard from Lux. His voicemail and the office voicemail are full. I texted many times. I don't have a pool this year. I don't know when it will be done because Jayson won't talk. Please help me finish this project as soon as possible and the right way.
