Ridgeway's Auto Sales

I took my car to Ridgeway's Auto Sales to get it fixed because I'm buying a 2011 Chevy Cruze from them. My car has been in their shop for 18 days now. They sold the car without the AC working, but they did fix it. I understand that things happen. When I called to complain because I got frustrated, they transferred me to the salesman Brett, not the one I usually talk to. He was rude and not professional at all, so I got rude back. Since I complained about them having my car for so long and still having to make payments for a car I can't drive, he told the mechanic about my complaint. Then the mechanic called me and basically said I could take my car somewhere else. I explained that I couldn't afford to do that since he gave me a fixed price to fix it. So he still agreed to fix it. My main complaint is about how unprofessional Brett was and how he made me feel. I cried when I hung up because he talked to me in such a mean and disrespectful way.
