I bought a car from Glenview Luxury Imports, LLC about 2 months ago. Unfortunately, just 3 days after driving it, I noticed a coolant leak. I tried to contact the salesperson, Demitri, but had no luck initially. After persistently trying, he finally answered and I explained the issue to him. He told me to bring the car in and they would fix it.
I drove the car for an hour to their location and left it there, expecting them to resolve the problem. John from the service department assured me that the car had been fixed. However, after a month and a half, I encountered the same coolant leak issue again. I attempted to get in touch with Demitri or John, but unfortunately, I couldn't reach them through emails, voicemails, or social media.
I paid nearly $40,000 for this car, and all I want is for them to follow through with their promise to fix it. Alternatively, I suggested that I could take it to the BMW dealer and submit the bill to Glenview. I'm not asking for anything else, just for my car to be properly repaired. It's unfair that these people deceive and scam buyers, especially when my car is still within the warranty period. Despite this, they still haven't returned my calls.
