Lifepoints There survey scam

Being retired and on a strict budget I decided that I could earn a few extra dollars doing surveys. For almost a year I took surveys answering with the best of my ability. When I had finally earned $165.00 I decided to get an Amazon gift card but was refused by Lifepoints who said they had dropped my account and wasn't going to honor our agreement. SCAM on senor citizens.

Claimed loss: $165.00 in reward gift cards

Desired outcome: To collect the rewards I had spent almost 100 hours completing.

Lifepoints LifePoints (MySurvey)

I have been with them \for a decade or more. Three times they said that I marked them spam and they closed my account. I didn't, my email provider did. Anyway, they reinstated me and eventually gave my points back. This just did happen again and they let me sign up again. Still hadn't been awarded my LifePoints back yet. I went in and tried to do a couple of available surveys. One I completed, the other I started and it kicked me out of the site. When I filed a complaint, they said that "I had tried to do surveys I wasn't qualified for or had answered dishonestly" when I have never, ever answered a survey dishonestly. I had roughly 36,000 points accrued HONESTLY at that point and they say I can't have them because I violated the TOS when I DID NOT!

Claimed loss: Just under 36,000 points

Desired outcome: I would like my points so that I can cash them in. I'm not sure I want to rejoin at this point because I don't trust them to not steal my points again.

Lifepoints I am complaining against this scam.

I have started a survey and reached 17% of the survey. I answered every question after reading it carefully and genuinely. The message I got at screening out was that the survey was filled so quickly. This type of message I get almost all the time. If you dare to face me in person let me get your direct contact number so that I could file a legal suite against you. I don't understand why you are playing with me. I have complained several times. it's a scam. They collect our details and sell the personal details for money. This company should be banned internationally. They are obviously a scam. They send survey invitation through email but after collecting our details they just say the survey just not suitable for me. It should be banned internationally very soon.

Desired outcome: I lost more than 9000 points in two months.

Lifepoints Lifepoints membership

After being an active member for about 10 years, my account was suddenly deactivated. I tried contacting the help desk, and they emailed me saying my survey responses had failed their quality checks. I was amazed since I do put in the effort to answer surveys properly and not just speed through, but since they wouldn't go into any more detail I couldn't challenge them on their decision, or defend any answers I might have given. I asked if I could at least redeem the Lifepoints i had build up (worth a fair amount of money at this point), but they simply stopped responding to me.

Desired outcome: I want my account reactivated!

Lifepoints claiming rewards

My account was deactivated for soome reason I have over 2000 points. I contact customer service they said my account could not be reactivated. Tey said to create a new account with a differnet email . They would then transfer my points. This does not work either it wont let me create a new account. I want the points that I have coming to be paid in my paypal account I earned these points.

Lifepoints points deducted and I am being accused of lying

Lifepoints deducted 1050 points from my account stating that my responses were "dishonest" and without giving any further explanation or details. I don't know exactly where I "lied" or responded inconsistently and I need to know. I am OK with not getting points back if my responses were truly not helpful or inconsistent, but I have a right to know what exactly am I being accused of! As of right now, I feel like I was robbed of points based on false accusation because the company doesn't want to pay up.

Lifepoints Order of e-gift card to gcash

Good day,

I would like to know why I still don't receive email from lifepoints panel that I received my payout of e-gift card to my Gcash account. I live in the Philippines and I need a clear explanation about my concern.
