I have been using lifepoints for a number of months completing surveys I had accumulated over 113000 points worth about £120.00 .
I came to do a survey and was unable to log in a few days ago. I contacted customer support and have been told that I have violated rules and my account has been closed and points forfeit. I requested information on how I had violated rules no response given. I have diligently completed all surveys so don't know how I could have breached any rules. I'm extremely unhappy about how I've been treated. I was looking forward to using points to treat my children fir Christmas. Sadly that is not going to happen now.
