Lifepoints review: Membership

I wish I could give them less than a 1 star, as that is what they truly deserve, but unfortunately the lowest star rating is a 1. I have been a member of LifePoints for a few years . I was unable to login to my account because my membership was cancelled, so of course I contacted them because I hadn't initiated the cancellation and wanted to know why it was cancelled. A couple days later I get a response back from the help center with a list of possible scenarios as to why my account was flagged and ultimately cancelled, and then a link to the Term and Conditions, so I reviewed the conditions and still could not find a reason as to the cancellation. I do not have multiple accounts. I find it coincidental and somewhat suspicious that they would cancel my account when I had **** points. I feel cheated out of my time and I feel that my years of dedication to the LifePoints survey panel were so poorly valued. This seems to be a trend with this company where they cancel your account and forfeit your accumulated points. Don't waste your time with this company as they do not value your time and will cancel your account without a valid reason.
