I left my service vehicle at Ram's auto service to change the air compressor. He said it would be ready for pick up the next day. But he didn't change the air compressor and told me that the driver side mirror broke while it was in their shop. He fixed it, but then asked me to pay him $465 before he would give me back my vehicle. I wasted time that I could have used for work when he told me to bring in my service vehicle. And now he was keeping my car until I paid for the damages. I had no choice but to pay him the $465 so I could get back to work.
