No customer support!

I tried to order a left-hand holster. They showed the order as right-hand. I contacted them within minutes to let them know the order was wrong. They didn't respond for weeks. The wrong holster arrived. After I made a bad review, they sent one message asking what my issue was. I told them and never heard another word. They say they respect the customer and have a return policy, but they do not.

Pusat Holster Disappointing Holster for 357 Mag Pug Hammer Less - A Frustrating Experience

So, I recently got a holster from Pusat Holster for my 357 mag pug hammer less. But, I gotta say, it's not a good fit at all. Whenever I sit down, the gun just slides out of the holster. It's really frustrating and embarrassing too. I remember one time when I was at a restaurant, a waitress asked if the gun that fell out of my holster was mine. I mean, what the whole crap, right? It's not like I wanted to show off my gun to everyone. I just wanted a holster that would keep it secure. But, unfortunately, this one doesn't do the job. I'm really disappointed with the product and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
