ProStar Builders

I had ProStar Builders put in a new roof for me and it's great! The guy who helped us out was Darrell Robles and he was awesome! He was there the whole time, helped us deal with the insurance company, and answered our questions fast. He did everything he could to make sure we were happy with everything. Prostar Builders, Inc. did not do what they said they would when they fixed my roof after the storm. They were supposed to change all the bad wood on my house before they put on the new roof. But they didn't change a lot of the bad wood. They only changed one spot that I saw. When they were fixing other parts of my house, they found more bad wood in different places under the new roof. I called them a bunch of times but they didn't answer, so I had to go to the ComplaintsBoard.com.
