My Flight Zone ticket cancellation refund

I bought 3 tickets to Colombo, sri lanka. I had to cancel them then they sent me refund charges which seems like a lot. Can you have a look at the charges and see if what they are charging me is reasonable. This is what they sent me:

Departure Date 19th of January 2020
Return Date 21st of january 2020

Destination Melbourne to Colombo return
The refund penalty will be around $ 519/- (Per Pax)

BANDARAGE/PUBUDUM MRS
The refund penalty will be around $ 708/- (Per Pax)

And it will take three months to receive the refund
Shall i refund this ticket ? If you are ok please confirm this before 15th of january 2019
