Promises that were made by elsa, which she could/would not carry out. This is crucial for us and I expect resolution from you. Our bookings are f1276d9 and f744dc6. These bookings were made by made those seats with her assurance that we could get exit row seats. This is essential with our tall travelers. In the transcript, you can see just how many times ti repeated that we must have seats with extra legroom. You can also see the comments made by elsa, assuring us that it would be so - including her "promise" (yes, that word is in the transcript). After the sale I learned that no exit row seats could be confirmed! The seat maps for the finnair flight were not even available.! I am mystified by what she was thinking.? Not my fault, I had made those seats a condition of sale.
