Grady Management On 4/29 I moved out of Chickahominy Bluffs leaving the apt ckean and I was promised mu deposit and rent holding fee back in 45 days

On 4/29 I moved out of Chickahominy Bluffs leaving the apt ckean and I was promised mu deposit and rent holding fee back in 45 days..Todau is 8/12 and I still have not received my deposit. Originally I was told by Jean J the manager of the property that I would get my entire 542.00 back which is what I paid to move upstair on the 2nd floor...I got 542 last year for my deposit back..I moved to an uosyairs apt...Unfortunately I do not have my receipts because I moved out to a new apt complex on 4/29..and they have taken the paperwork and receipts out of my filesstating that I never paid a 200 dollar lease holding fee and there is no such thing... They are not telling the truth So they decided to send me 270.00 And that's all..they are cheating me out of my money..and Inu the book keeper has told me several times that she has mailed that check 3 weeks ago bbut everytime I told her she hasnt mailed it yet. How can these cheaters get an A with the ComplaintsBoard.com after all of the negative reviews
