Recently, my family had to deal with the unfortunate passing of my mother. As part of the process, we needed to settle all of her outstanding bills, including those related to the HOA management company. However, despite our best efforts, we encountered significant difficulties in communicating with this company. My brother, husband, and I left numerous messages, but they never bothered to return our calls.

In an attempt to resolve the matter, I decided to make a payment of $500 to the company. However, to my surprise, they attempted to impose a late fee on me, the amount of which was rather confusing. Naturally, I refused to pay this fee, as it was their lack of communication that had caused the delay in the first place.

Feeling frustrated and concerned, I decided to look up reviews of this company online. To my dismay, I discovered that many others had experienced similar issues. It became clear to me that something needed to be done to address the poor communication and customer service provided by this company.
