I rented a house with a pool at*** Florida through VRBO

I rented a house with a pool at*** Florida through VRBO. When we got there, the pool was all green and we couldn't swim in it the whole week 'cause the chlorine levels were way too high. The company in charge was supposed to give us some money back, but they never did.
