Construction company began structural/cosmetic repairs and abandoned the project, leaving the building a mess. Multiple complaints have been made. The issues began in June when the property hired a construction company to begin repairs to the buildings. The buildings were abandoned and left in a state of disrepair. There are tripping hazards on the stairs that have not been addressed for over 8 months.

Lease ended, 30 day notice given, No move out instructions, says I'm still responsible for lease. My lease has ended and the company refuses to give my deposit back because I didn't sign a roommate exchange form that replaces me with another roommate. The manager emailed me saying I'm still responsible for the lease if I haven't signed this form. Even if I sign the form, the deposit has to be handled informally between me and the new roommate that I don't know. That's misinformation and coercion to make me sign something when my lease has ENDED. I gave 30 day notice, I deposited my keys and I vacated the apartment. I emailed and called multiple times for specific move out instructions and got nothing back from them and now they suddenly say I'm still responsible for the lease? This company has done so many slimy things in my 1.5 year stay with them and will
