Who ever owns this company is a scum ball stealing money from people not giving them what they paid for but not these people I made an appointment two weeks ago got X-rays done and was explained two different things I just saw them today again now they me they don't have an aro Dr on their staff but yet they knew that on. my folirst visit then they try to tell. me my insurance wouldnt cover it surprise wrong andwer I knew before I wemt in I had insurance to cpver everything im filing a complaint against them forst thing in the am they are rip offs and im telling everyone everywhere stsy the hell awy ftom them dont even get me started on the secretaries or staff treat people I almost said something to the one today but ill talk to an attorney first these people need to be treated the way they treat others

I went to the Valparaiso, Ind office and spent $4600.00 on my bridge. I have the ability to get reimbursed for some of my expenses. In order to do that I need an itemized bill for my services on 4-20 and 5-15-23. The office cannot give me this because your irresponsible computer geeks cant fix their problems. I called Aspen Dental on 6/15/23 indicating that I was having mastectomy on 6/16/23 and that with treatment I will not be able to get my dentures for at least a year or longer. I asked that a refund be sent to me via check for $1100.00 for I will be out of work and have a family to feed. I also explained that the bank card that the payment was made from is invalid due to a few months prior my ban found a fraudulent charge and cancelling my card and issued me another one. I have called the office several times and was told to wait. I called the corporate office on 7/19/23 and she told me that things were moving along and the last update that she had was on 7/7/23 and that it would go back on my card. I explained that I needed a check mailed. She said that if it bounces back then they will issue a check. This will delay my refund even more. I am requesting my refund via check by issued asap for I still can't work and need to survive, it has already been over a month. Please help me!

I had my top teeth pulled back in April. I had an estimate given to me and paid in full the amount I was going to be charged. I paid this before the procedure was even done. I also have dental insurance, they estimated what my insurance would pay. They were wrong and I am owned $1124.00 . I have called every week to ask the status of my refund. I started calling every week the end of April. Then there system crashed back then. They told me the could not refund any money until the system was back up. They created another account for everyone. When the system came back up, I was told they had to merge the accounts before they could refund my money. I am still hearing the same thing. I have had multiple staff at Aspen say they see the amount quoted above. I had asked to speak with the financial manager and was refused. There is no excuse with a company as big as Aspen to be treating patients this way. If I owed Aspen they would have had collection agencies after me. I just want the money back that is owed to me. Dental service
On May 31 I paid $1,479 for dental work. When I went to the office to be treated, I was told that they were waiting for a part so they could make an impression. They stalled for over 30 days and then told me they couldn't do the procedure. I requested a refund and was told that the refund will be sent to me from the corporation. Since I had to get the procedure done, I went to another dentist and he ordered the part and he received it in two days. The work is scheduled for July 17. All I want is my money back for work they could not do and they knew this when they took the payment. Knowing you can't do a job and take payment is fraud. If need be I will file charges
