Able K-9 Academy Sold me a female that can't have puppies

I had never saw the female German shepherd (Miss Kitty) who is now three years old come in heat.when I confided in Martha owner of Able K9 she said Miss Kitty probably having a silent heat. Much to my surprise Martha did not tell me her dogs are prone to silent heat although she guarantees my dogs health but After I told the outcome of Miss Kitty's Vet appointment in which although Miss Kitty is healthy the doctor could find no mammary tissues or glands which significantly neccessary for my dog to reproduce.

Please Help

Desired outcome: A healthy female puppy or my money returned

WE BOUGHT A GERMAN SHEPARD PUPPY FROM MARTHA AT ABLE K9 ACADEMY, AND WE NAMED HER SHADOW. WITHIN 48 HOURS OF GETTING HER I HAD TO HAVE HER AT THE VET TWICE. AT FIRST THE VET THOUGHT SHE HAD PARVO BUT IT TURNS OUT THAT SHE WAS JUST SEVERILY MALNOURSHIED, AT 3 MONTHS SHE WEIGHED 12.6 POUNDS. SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT DRY FOOD WAS BUT YET MARTHA TOLD US THAT THEY...
