Worst customer service
Hi everyone. I'm complaining about the Zurple company and their slow and absolutely useless support. They are the worst in what they do. I asked them to fix my website and it took them too long so I thought they were closed or stuff like that. Called them, but nothing. So that's why I decided to give this task to another company. Zurple guys found it out and said I won't get my money back, I violated their terms. Seriously? Did I?
How this actually could happen.

Bogus charges and no idea how to stop it
I started to use the website www.zurple.com, but these ### started to take money from my account. When I noticed it, they already stole about $200. I tried to reach moderators or any other people from this company, but of course they ignored me. I tried to cancel the membership, but nothing. I wonder if there people who can help me to stop these withdrawals and cancel membership. Please post comments.
