Zestlife Insurance poor customer service

I wanted to purchase a few products and contacted the customer service with a few questions.
They initially answered but failed to address a couple of my question.
I then tried repetitively to contact them (with big time lapse in between each attempt) and they just kept ignoring me!
I even tried contacting them via their webpage (not just via email) and they ignored my message.
I have been left without my quiries being addressed and they seem not to give a damn that they have lost a customer because of this POOR service!

I am very disappointed with this and wish to inform others of their poor service.

Zestlife Insurance payment of claim

On 21-09-2017 I went for a MRI at Unitas Hospital.I hand in all documentation to Zestlife, but they refuse to pay the shortfall of R1900.Attached is proof that they will pay the shortfall.
Fist they play games with me regarding the documentation that Medshield send me as itemised bill.They say that the documentation was not acceptable.
After receiving the right documents, Joy Xala e-mailed me and said the following"Kinsley note that the shortfalls on the account is 10% co-payment required on the procedure done, and the option that you are on is match cover which does not cover co-payments."
I don't understand what she is saying.
Zertlife underwriter is Guadrisk.What is the purpose of Zestlife if they take your payment, say in the package that you take that are paying for MRI shortfalls, but dont do it?
