West Valley Desert Landscaping

This company is not very professional. They didn't give me the paperwork they promised. They said they would give me a list of plants, but they never did. They also said they would give me warranty paperwork, but I still haven't received it. When I asked for warranty work, they didn't do it. The irrigation is broken and they haven't fixed it yet. They also damaged 10 bougainvillea plants during delivery. They have been very rude and disrespectful to me. They are trying to bully and intimidate me into not holding them responsible for their promises. I am a single woman and they are making me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I wouldn't want them to work with my mother. They need to give me the list, do the warranty work, and fix the irrigation. I'm not sure if they did the job correctly. They should be investigated by the ComplaintsBoard.com because they are not safe or professional to work with, especially if you live alone.
