West Bay Mechanical

We hired WestBay Mechanical to put in a HVAC system for our home renovations in October and gave them a $*** deposit. In February 2022, they changed the quote to a different unit, which we agreed to. They installed the ducting and airmover in March 2022. However, we have had trouble getting in touch with them since then. My husband and I have talked to *** and *** about our system, but they say they can't answer or provide a unit for our home. My husband suggested using a different brand compressor until our unit is available, but we haven't heard back from them. We're disappointed with their lack of response, especially since we were recommended to use them. Now we're stuck trying to find another unit installed during the hottest time of the year.
