Hard to say they are active. This fact that they stopped updating their social media profiles is not proof of their inactivity. Even though it's a disadvantage for sure.
The profiles are not popular and don't have a lot of followers.
Their team consists of four people and there are no descriptions. So we only know what they look like and their names. They are very focused with emphasis placed on partners. So far there is no real product to see, touch and hold.
All projects from the portfolio are not clickable. It's sad.
I can't recommend them. I am not sure they are reliable
