Victoria's Secret don't buy gift cards from this company!

I purchased a gift card as a Christmas present for my sister. When my sister tried to use it, the cashier told her there was nothing on the gift card. We contacted the customer service and they told that card already had been used. We claimed that we never used it before, but they said there was made an online order with it. But my sister never placed any online orders! We asked for help, but their agent told there was nothing they could do. We decided to go back to the store and try again, but the same thing happened. Cashier said they often have problems with gift cards, that she is very sorry, but there is nothing she could do to help us. We were very upset. Don't buy gift cards from this company, it's a big risk.

Victoria's Secret id required even with a receipt!!

I went to return some sweat bottoms I received from my aunt for Christmas. Fortunately, she always includes the receipts with gifts just in case they don't fit. So I hand the receipt to the clerk at VS/Palmdale CA mall and he tells me I need an id to return. Well I'm a teen with absolutely no id except a school id which he says is unacceptable. I ask what kind of id could I have if I don't drive he says a passport! Really a passport, I always go mall shopping with a passport. These clothes are marketed to teens and we definitely buy them but we can't return them! I end up getting my mom and now they want her id and she doesn't even shop here! Even with a receipt I can't get my money back so in the end I tell them to return the money to my aunts debit card. When my aunt gave this to me for Xmas I don't think she imagined that I would get nothing out of it! Ridiculous that their average customers they market to are teen girls and yet we cannot make a return! I hope other people realize it doesn't matter whether or not you have a receipt they treat you awful. I ended up getting nothing from my aunt for Xmas thanks VS/PINK!

Victoria's Secret horrible attitude!

I decided to buy some goodies from Victoria's Secret for my trip. But I couldn't buy anything for myself, because they don't have any items above size 3! They only have products for skinny girls. So, if you are size 0 you can find there something pretty. Well, I came to the store, but those skinny salesgirls were ignoring me. I looked everywhere for my size, but didn't find anything, so I asked for help. But those hasty little girls just giggled at me. And then I was rudely told „Sorry, lady, but Victoria's Secret does not have anything for women your size”! They giggled again and went away. At the end I finally found a nice looking bra and went to the counter. But I got the same attitude there. But they finally found my size. Then took out my Prada wallet, her attitude changed immediately! I Then I told her that I've changed my mind and I'll better go somewhere else where I can find products for „Women my size!”. made sure she rang it up, and did everything...then I told her I changed my mind and was going somewhere that caters to " women my size!". Horrible attitude! I was really shocked!

Victoria's Secret poor treatment

I was being fitted and was wanted my step mother and my father to make sure it was correct on me, the next thing I know my dad was being told to leave the store because a lady was uncomfortable. The lady said if he didn't leave the fitting room he would be kicked out of the store, and a few seconds later he got told to leave. I sadly did not get anything from this store and I feel vary disrespected.

Victoria's Secret $15 gift card when getting card

Having gone on the VS website, I saw that if you ordered a credit card through them you'd receive a $15 coupon. So I thought this was a great deal so I ordered the credit card and was told I'd get the $15 coupon in the mail with my card.
When I received the card there was no coupon, so I called VS and stated this. They told me that the coupon came separately and that it would arrive at a different date. So I waited for it to arrive.
When it still had not arrived I contacted VS again and stated this, they then told me that it should have come in the original envelope and I needed to phone in to credit card services.
I did this and they told me they "are not allowed to re-send these coupons but they'll send me a $10 gift card." While I appreciate the fact that they are sending a $10 gift card it is 1. not the same as the original value promised and 2. The $15 coupon was the ONLY reason I signed up in the first place.

Victoria's Secret won't return my item with receipt/tags attached (1 week)

I recently had a baby and as you know, your body is different afterwards. Also, it is hard to try hints on in the stir for size. Often I will buy things but try them on at home. If they don't work, I'll return them but have saved the department store the stress of a crying baby in the fitting room. Yesterday I went to Victoria Secret to return a lingerie set that I had purchased in a prior different color and was now on sale. I knew the fit would work, but unfortunately didn't try it on because I had the baby with me. When I got home, I realized I didn't like the color on my skin tone. I promptly returned the set with receipt to the store. The store denied my return. They said I had done too many of them. I inquired because I always have a receipt. It's hard to know if something will work or not but I always have my receipt if it doesn't, and tags attached. They said they use a company to determine the returns and they denied my return and refused to do it(this was the manager). Same response received with pushing off their explanation on the return that was denied by a third party company they hired when I asked for help online.
I frequently shop at Victoria Secret to the point where they just recently sent me a $90 reward card in the mail. They will no longer receive any further business. Sadly, I used to joke how VS was my second home. They have made a situation that could've easily been resolved, wrong!

Victoria's Secret defective sport bra front zipper

New line sport bra zipper deceive - zip head came off zipper - tried to exchange it and mgr at west Edmonton mall says must have receipt that they don't do life time warranty - it is their new line n currently in stock in store - she need to know how much paid well not asking for refund only exchange - the outgoing bra much be attached to a purchase - can I get customer service num - sure but make sure u tell them u r Canadian because different rules apply for American customers vs Canadian customers - if American they don't need receipt n cs will tell them to go to store n get exchange - why is there a difference in the way u treat your customers - oh mgr can't answer that is higher up the line - felt like 2nd class customer - they won't stand by quality of product so disappointing

Victoria's Secret manager

Hello, first off i would like to say I am a frequent shopper at my local V.S. store, online as well. But today was not satisfactory at all. The manager of this particular store which I have included the address and phone number, the manager currently as of January 17 2015, belittled me and my daughter so badly. I never take the time to write complaints and dislike to, but I feel I have to for the sake of others. She harassed us about our time in store. I went outside twice to smoke a cigarette because my daughter likes to take her time and pick out exactly what she wants. The manager then rudely told me in a very sarcastic way "every time you go outside, we lose money", I asked her what do you mean and she looked at me like I was dumb. She shook her head and said "never mind", as if i was ignorant. All the other workers in the store looked down on us like we were trash, except Barbara, the most normal human being there. After telling Barbara who I was, the manager went in the back and stayed there awhile. I am a business man but would prefer to remain anonymous. When the manager found out who I was, she came out and treated us so kindly, like we were the best... I truly felt demoralized and judged on my appearance. I would like to say she should be replaced by someone more of the nature of a good nice human being. Thank you for your time.

Was promised if I signed up for the credit card I would receive a book of coupons that would get me discounts and special deals. I signed up for the credit card was approved and then never received said coupons. When I informed the company I was told it wasn't their issue. Not very happy. Thank you.

this has been a common problem with me and Victoria's Secret. Manipulation of coupons and promotions with returns as well.

Victoria's Secret terrible service

The Email I sent:
I am beyond dissatisfied with my Victoria’s Secret interactions as of late. Firstly, I ordered a Kiss of Cashmere Double V-neck Tunic Sweater on December 7th and received a confirmation email shortly thereafter. I did not get a tracking email for about a week, however, I had received an email ASSURING me I would get my package before CHRISTMAS. When I finally got the tracking email there were no updates, it only said shipped from Ohio which I know is where your headquarters are. I waited and got another email saying there was a delay but not to worry I would get my package on time. Finally, I then got an email saying my money was refunded. Christmas is in fact ruined for myself as I really wanted this item, I hope you guys are extremely satisfied. I have spent thousands of dollars at Victoria’s Secret and I will never purchase anything again. I can’t help but feel totally discriminated against. I doubt anything like this has ever happened to a woman with your Angels credit card. Not only am I not getting my sweater, you guys also held my money hostage for about a month and I therefore am not able to put in another order for anything else (definitely not from your soon to be bankrupt store) and have it get here on time for Christmas. I believe you guys had NOT sent out my package and were trying to fill it but there were no more sweaters in my size and color. Yet instead of refunding my money immediately, you held on to it. What kind of unethical treatment is that? I have never heard of such a thing. When I called to figure out what was happening since I had not received my sweater your customer service center had the audacity to blame shipping problems. I did my Christmas shopping across many internet sites including: Tillys.com, Heels.com, Backcountry.com, Urbandecay.com, Tarte.com, Sephora.com, Ebay.com, Amazon.com, Butterlondon.com, Express.com, Aldo.com, Toofaced.com, Macys.com, and Clinique.com. Every single package, including multiple orders from some sites, has arrived except yours. You should contact those sites and learn how to treat customers. I know they had a busy Christmas as well and they still managed to get my gifts here on time. To add insult to injury I just received a package devoid of my sweater with a Secret reward card that expired on December 19th, today is December 23rd. How dare you treat customers like this. What makes you think that is ok? I look forward to acquiring your New clothing on Ebay at less than half price. I know I will be getting my money’s worth. Merry Christmas to me.
Remove my address from any mailing lists and do not contact me again.

Victoria's Secret even exchange

I was visiting my daughter in buffalo and exited to provide her with 500+ in purchases I had made on Long Island . When I got there my daughter informed me she was a size small not medium. We took a ride to exchange sizes and because I didn't have my receipt they made me pay an extra 20.00 per item. Who ever heard of that when I wasn't asking for credit or refund. I was asking for size exchange.

BEWARE! VS is ripping us off when ordering from the catalog! They are taxing the shipping and handling and then a SECOND tax of that total! That is TAX FRAUD! I will never order on line again...please BEWARE OF THE DOUBLE TAX THAT VICTORIA SECRET IS CHARGING ITS CONSUMERS!

Victoria's Secret credit

My husband purchased Christmas gifts for me from Victoria Secret, he used his credit card, When I wanted to return the items they would not credit the card because it was not the one used for the purchase. the original one was replaced because of the Target
breach. I explained this to them, I could only get a gift card this is the POLICY. Contacted home office same results.

Victoria's Secret quality

I have purchased a far share from this store. But I always have a problem with there bras. With in a week of having them the wire pops out and is stabbing me. I do not ever put them in the washer machine nor do I ever put them in the dryer. I soak them and the rinse and hang dry. And I get told that there is nothing thy can do about it.

I went in today to receive my free underwear. However, the African American cashier had a Mohawkish haircut and she was slightly big was pretty mean to me. She should be talked to about her attitude and her customer service isn't up to the standards that I used to get. She made me feel bad after going in to get my underwear. She didn't give me a receipt...

Victoria's Secret scam

I like the complaint I just read on this site, signed up for Identity protect through Victoria's Secret. Never received the information. Called and was told I could get the information and print out the form for the $20 gift card on myidpro.com I can't get this website to come up. Called the company back at [protected] and told them I just read a complaint online stating there was no website and that i also couldn't get it to come up. And these people want to protect my identity. This is a scam shame on Victoria's secret and new york & company for not investigating the service before they try and peddle it. They asked me if I was typing in the right address and I said yes. Gee I've been typing in websites for ever and this one is the only one I can't find. Can we say Scam.

Victoria's Secret nudity

Ads displayed in the windows a each Victoria's Secret store portray unrealistically skinny women barely dressed in underwear that they are literally falling out of in every way. The only thing keeping this from being pornography is that there is no pubic hair showing. It is disgusting and unrealistic.

Victoria's Secret sells underwear and bras. That's what they're advertising it! Some women do actually wax or shave themselves which is why you wouldn't see pubic hair.

im sorry but people like you are why this country has such unrealistic rules and over censorship of TV and magazines. basically put your a overprotective and overbearing mother. so what is there in the underwear IT IS A UNDERWEAR STORE! its amazing the things parents complain about, but yet that same kid can turn on discovery channel or magazine and watch trible women dance around but naked and that is just fine because its "Educational" im sorry but you will just have to deal with it. if you dont like it do not allow your kids to go there! you and all mothers like you complain about how these places or tv channels, celeb's, etc do things that are bad for the children and should stop, but really ITS THE PARENTS JOB TO TEACH THERE CHILDREN WHAT TO DO AND NOT TO DO AND TO KEEP THERE CHILDREN FROM OR ALLOW THERE CHILDREN CAN DO OR CAN SEE, ETC. if there is something your uncomfortable about DONT TAKE THEM THERE OR ALLOW THEM THERE, BUT dont sit there and say that somewhere else should change, just because your uncomfortable with something. and blame it on the company which is follow's the law. it is not the job of the goverment, schools, retail chains, malls, or anywhere else to police your children IT IS YOURS! mothers than whine about "this is not good for our children" make me sick because there just to lazy to do the work and expect places to bend to there every paranoid delusion or there own ideals.

Victoria's Secret shipping and customer service

So I placed an order online 2 weeks ago and paid extra shipping so i could get my bikinis on time. I have been waiting 2 weeks and nothing arrive, received no email and no phone call that there was a problem with the order. I had to call to see what was wrong and they said they needed to verify some information on my credit call, and all of this time they have had my things on hold. The first lady said they did send an email, which they didn't, and called again and the second lady said that they did not send one, how was i suppose to know that there was a problem with my order if they never contacted me. And they obviously did not return the 20 dollars I paid for the express shipping. Worst customer service ever.

I experienced very rude customer service from victoria's secret and I am writing to advise I will be contacting my attorney Monday morning because I believe I was spoken to very rudely and the store manager touched my arm twice and she treated me as if I was a shoplifter but my main problem with this all is that the lady touched me I will never go into that...

Victoria's Secret terrible service and bad practices

I was put on hold for over 5 minutes without ever being asked what I needed first. I eventually gave up and called back. They put me on hold again of course. I know its the holidays and all, but that is no reason to but snotty on the phone. You would think it would be the season to be of "good cheer" and all? You "would think"! I asked for a manager to help me after the cold shoulder, and even the manager seemed a little "huffy". After asking if they had an item or two I was looking for and it appeared that they didn't carry I eventually gave up. I told them thank you for checking and to have a good night. The manager hung up on me before I even finished talking. You know, these girls are so rude! I think they need a class in customer service. If they want to work with the public, they need to learn how to deal and talk with the public if you ask me. That is what they are getting paid for after all! There are plenty of good people looking for jobs that would not take "their" job for granite and treat people much better, I'm sure!

Victoria's Secret no refund

Placed an order to Victoria Secret, received the merchandise and decided to return the products. The return information indicated that I was to return the products to Mississauga, Ontario. The products were received and a signature was obtained on November 14 2012 at Victoria Secret Mississauga. I expected a refund and have called the company twice only to receive an inadequate response, being told that even though the products were received in Mississauga they cannot refund me until my three little items are returned to Columbus, Ohio. The customer service in the US had me on hold for over half an hour while a supervisor tried to find my order and then I was told that Canada Post did not deliver my item, when I have a signature from Victoria Secret staff in Mississauga from Canada Post. I cannot understand in the age of technology as we know it, that it takes 15 days to have a refund to my credit card. They had no problem charging me for the product within 15 minutes of purchase, why cannot I not have the same service on a refund?

Victoria's Secret managerial treatment of employees

I have worked for Victoria's Secret long enough to observe that the managers do NOT treat all employees equally and do NOT listen to what the employees have to say, nor do they care about their employees safety. On numerous occasions I and other girls have had to walk out late at night by ourselves yet they want us to feel "safe". I've overheard managers gossiping and criticizing both customers and employees. The store manager Monica is the worst. Every couple hours we are supposed to make a certain amount of money but Monica treats every customer as just a sale and she openly says it in front of customers. I refuse to shop at my own store just because it horrifies me. I've also repeatedly asked the manager to schedule me for certain days to fit my school schedule but they ignore it and keep scheduling me when they know I cannot work that day so because of that now they have cut my hours down to one or two days a week when they know I have a family to support. It's ridiculous. These people do NOT care about their employees or customers just their money. It's a shame, I thought this company would be above that, sadly I was wrong.

And now that you have put your store manager's name on the internet, along with your city and state, as well as personal information IE kids and school, your management will not have a hard time identifying their disgruntled employee. So which store do you work at? The Deerbrook store?

See how easy it would be to contact your store and clue your manager in to this complaint? Be very careful what information you put on the internet.
