content, but sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for. The search bar could be improved. The articles are informative and easy to read, but there are some grammar mistakes here and there. The recipes are great, but some of them are too complicated for me. I wish there were more simple and quick recipes. The workout plans are good, but I wish there were more options for beginners. The community section is nice, but it's not very active. Overall, I think Very Well Fit is a good resource for health and fitness information, but there is room for improvement.
