I experienced the same thing as everyone else.. I paid $4000 and was unable to book anything through their partner in FL. Every date I re quested for a cruise was denied. I was unable to receive any of the vouchers that were promised. They promise all these free trips but you cant get the voucher filled for the dates you want. Now they are billing me for $199 annual fee. I wish there was a class action suit to join.
Claimed loss: $4000
Desired outcome: I want a refund. They will never honor the promises they make. This is a scam.
