I ordered a pizza combo on Saturday the 21st at 6:25 p.m. was told a two hour wait at 9 I called and asked where is my food they said we missed the order they will credit my card back and get me my pizza right out that never happened. I called back and talked to Ashley on Sunday she said she would send an email off to get me credit and call me back Monday I never heard back and my 38.71 I was charged is still not back. I do not appreciate being lied to and basically robbed. I want my money back. I will never in life order from Godfather's pizza again. Please refund my money. By the way the order number I never got was 106548 my name is Chris Swierczek and my number is [protected].

I had the same situation here in Dayton Ohio I guess he's the HR guy his name is Jeffrey Jacobs he calls me and asked me what happened I explained my situation this guy tells me he's embarrassed and he doesn't want to lose a customer so he tells me he's going to send me a certificate in the mail for a free super jumbo combo for my next visit so I wait then I had to call the guy back he tells me he will resend it out to me and if I don't receive it to call back why call back a second time and he's avoiding my calls my thing is don't lie to customers you say you're going to do something do it this place is a total joke.
