I recently went to the BioLife on Ogeechee Rd in Savannah, GA as a first time donor. I was told by Chris I could not donate because "my home address is a business". I am the resident director there and Chris told me I could be fired tomorrow and not live there any more. I told Chris he could lose his job tomorrow and lose his home too. I am a permanent resident there and have mail and driver's license to prove it. Just because an address shows up on Google with a name doesn't mean someone can't live there. What if you run a business out of your home? I need to speak to someone about my address.
Desired outcome: Prove my address is where I permanently live. It is not a business.

BioLife Plasma Services - Treatment of loyal longtime donars.
I have been a donor for about 9 months now. My name is Sean Aiken. I go to the Savannah Ga. center. On Friday Jan . 20, I was five minutes late for my appointment due to traffic, was turned away. Now it is Sunday the 22nd, I'm 5 minutes early and am not aloud to sign in because was told your closed at 1:57 pm. I live in Pooler Ga., it is a bit of a drive and I'm highly upset and thinking I may just quit the program all together this is not fair to me a loyal donor. I know the reason is because of so many new donars that jump all over your first month promotions and never return realizing the drop in money afterwards. I hope that someone contacts me tomorrow my number is
Desired outcome: [protected]. I would like to see donars like myself feel appreciated for there loyalty and compensated like the new folks that are rushed ahead in line in front of us. Like I stayed I feel it is not right.
BioLife Plasma Services - payment
I have been donating for quite a while now. I donate twice EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Yet, even though it states that I get paid a certain amount of money, I never do. Now instead of the $70 that I was suppose to get ( even though I'm suppose to get $90) they gave me $55. I don't understand and I've called numerous times and no one will help me. The staff is great and super friendly and can't say anything about them because they are ALL doing a wonderful job but I just wish my money would start being situated right or I will stop coming here.
