BioLife St George, Utah denied me access to donate plasma because of a past traumatic brain injury with a sub arachnoid hemorrhage. I Have fully recovered from it after 11 yrs and I even had my Doctor write a note stating I was ok to give plasma with no side effects! I went to upper management but they weren’t even willing to help me or advocate for me.

It is just apart of the criteria. It’s protection for you. They did not deny you. You are currently ineligible until you do what is needed to be eligible if need paper work. They are strict for a reason. The value the health of donors and those receiving the plasma.
