Godfather's Pizza - Customer service / rude employee / online service down after I got a confirmation number that it was ready.

Sunday, March 14, 2021. My wife ordered a pizza online and she got an email and confirmation number. She then got another confirmation that our pizza would be ready in 30 min. I get to the store, give them my name and the girl says that the online system is not working. I told her that I have a conf# and everything. She rudely says it's not working
