I been charged twice for my insurance policy for my family

I been charged twice for my insurance policy for my family. This company say they don't get my payments. But I send my payments every month with money order. It's really starting to affect me 'cause I'm an older Woman. Can someone help me? I think this company is taking advantage of me. ThankYou.
