Terrible Customer Service: My Nightmare Experience Returning True Religion Jeans
I bought a pair of True Religion jeans from their website and they didn't fit me right. So, I decided to return them and get my money back. But, let me tell you, it was a nightmare! I sent them back and waited for weeks, but I never received my refund. I tried to contact them through email and phone, but they never responded. It was so frustrating! I don't think I will ever buy anything from them again. It's a shame because I really liked their jeans, but their customer service is terrible. I hope they improve it soon because they are losing customers like me.
