Charged and never received item ordered
I had ordered a roll of poly sheeting from the Tractor Supply Company on June 17, 2009 to be shipped to and picked up at my local store in Sault Ste Marie, MI. After a week or so I never received any email or phone call let let me know my order had arrived, nor even a confirmation email about the order, yet my TSC gift card was charged when I called the number on the back of the card. After checking with the store a few times and being told they would call me, I never received any phone calls, no messages on my answering machine, nothing. I sent the customer service dept a message with about my situation directly on their web site over a week ago, still no response. It is now July 15 and I am still without product, without a refund to my gift card and without any responses or contact from Tractor Supply Company. I am deeply disappointed in the complete lack of customer service I have received, even after supplying them with all the information that I had available; my gift card number, the date of the order and the authorization number to my gift card in relation to the charge. I am very unhappy and will never place an online order with them again after going through this experience.

I have a WL373001AJ with a dicintigrated eccentric/bearing assembly. The piston rod assembly is fine. The fan also was destroyed. I want to purchase these parts only not the complete motor @ $225.79 This compressor was purchased at tractor supply in Starke, FL about two years ago for about $350.00 If it is your'e policy not to sell replacement parts please let me know and I will inform the all departments not to purchase "Campbell Hausfeld" products! ---------------------------------------- Updated 05/08/2009 08:48 PM: I was told in the email auto response I would receive a reply to my question within 2 business days. Poor service
I Had bought a chain saw 08-08-08. Today I brought it in to exchange it due to the starter rope cord not recoiling in. The Manager Joyce Moore was rude to me, saying well its over 30 days and you have to call the company... she would not work with me in any way as I felt I being the customer and has their sign says up above their door "Satisfaction...

ordered a small propane heater on line, around Dec. 23. Paper work said they will send me a text message about order. Waited about 10 days and drove to store and was told "you have to pick up in 2 days" I didn't know it was in! Do not have any in stock now. Never offered to reorder or to explain why I was never called. Bought one in another store.
After shopping at Tractor Supply well over a decade, I cannot support their dei woke nonsense & will be taking my business as a rural homeowner & owner of horses, dogs, & cats, elsewhere!

Yesterday afternoon. Ordered 1 bag of Purina R20, Richard ordered the wrong product, Called him and he made a guff remark about the bags looked the same. I was very specific. Had to call customer solutions, on hold for long time, on hold again. Called back, another long wait.

Bought in Rochester MN . I have a 3 D flash light that center part when to heck. The switch doesn't work. So can I get just the tube with the switch replace ? I have sent two e mail with no response. It been a great flash light . Thank you
