Toyota 101 My new car cannot be repaired

I am really, really infuriated with Toyota explain to me how the Toyota Corolla Cross does not have Parts in stock especially since this is manufactured in Durban. Due to the damage caused by a 3rd party 2 months down the road I cannot get my vehicle repaired. The best part Toyota Sa don’t even have an ETA. Ridiculous. If I have a flat tyre I cannot even change it because I have no access to my spare tyre. TOYOTA SA I am taking this further I never bought a new vehicle to experience this pathetic after sales service sort yourselves out the looting as an excuse is pathetic. My business was affected as well and we are back on track. Best you get me into a new Cross before I take this to a whole new level…. Not impressed and furious you will not be getting an order for our next fleet of vehicles that I can assure you as Senior Manager within my company I will be sure to spread the word to warn other innocent businesses. I have no choice I am plastering this onto ever platform

Desired outcome: Replace my vehicle
