TopView Sightseeing

We had a really poor experience in NYC with TopView. Unreliable, leaking buses, overcharged, dropped at an unknown location, earphones not working. I have contacted their customer service and they have refused to give me a refund.

We waited 50 minutes for a bus that should have been every 20 minutes on the first day of the pass and when we boarded the bus we didn’t realise until after it was moving that it was leaking everywhere. All over our clothes and bags.

The second day the bus didn’t arrive for 1 hour and 20 minutes and when we got on the bus we were intimidated by the staff on the bus and it was very uncomfortable.

The cost of the tickets were more than double what another couple paid and feel as though we have been taken advantage of as the price online should be the best price.

Really unhappy with the service and they refuse to refund anything.
