I was told my exhaust would take 4-6 weeks to build and ship
I was told my exhaust would take 4-6 weeks to build and ship. It's been 11 weeks going on 12 weeks now, and "Corsa Performance Exhausts" doesn't answer any of my authorized vendors' calls. They have no approximate wait time. VERY POOR COMPANY SERVICE. My vendor tells me "Corsa" keeps giving excuses about COVID and doesn't have any estimation on completion.
Absolutely horrible!
Absolutely horrible! We've had six defective marine sound choice exhausts in a row. We've been in the high-performance marine business and *** for 30 years, including offshore racing. We haven't seen one system yet that fits correctly, hasn't fallen apart, or leaks from poor welding. We have hours and hours of extra time trying to correct their manufacturing defects. Corsa/TMG won't pay for downtime, labor, or travel time to fix their problems. You'll lose money if you're an installer. Buyer beware! Do yourself a favor and shop for other manufacturers. *** are all very good and stand behind their products.

I bought somethin' from a legit seller of *** that was supposed to get me a $200 dollar rebate. I filled out the rebate form online and gave 'em all the necessary info like sales slips, upc's, and product codes. The rebate status said they sent a check on January 23rd and it should take 'bout 2 weeks to arrive. But guess what? I still ain't got that check! I've tried contactin' the company three times already, but no luck. I used their online form to reach out, but they ain't responded at all.

My complaint is about ***. I bought an exhaust ***) for my *** and took it to my shop (*** in Phoenix, AZ). They told me it was the wrong exhaust for my ***. Since 2018, *** came out with two packages for the ***: One *** has the regular facia, suspension, and exhaust, and the other *** has the performance package, which includes the *** charger scatpack/***, suspension, and exhaust. On ***, it doesn't mention this. There's only one *** exhaust listed on the website, so it wasn't compatible with my vehicle. Since my *** has the performance package, the right exhaust is SKU #*** IN Tips ***. I confirmed this with my muffler shop and my technician at the local chrysler/***/jeep/ram dealer service department.
