Not good staff or company
I got called for interview at there site at 7am in mnornin whic is very unprofessional the company does not know what they r doing they cant even tell me were a site is that I was going to interview at the company pays people with alot of exp bad pay and there web site says most people get fired from there company that tells you alot about them the company was going to have some one train me or interview with me an expired guard card that was canceled for years this seems odd tome
BSIS .CA.Gov u can not work in this field with canceled or expired guard card u need to check your employees out before u have them train people before u get a 10, 000 dollar fine good day
it does not matter you nee to check your staff out before u hire people good day
The company says they have professional staff not big deal but still you need to get your staff checked out all the way to make sure no one is expired before letting them work its big fine period I do not work in the field with out checking things out for safety reasons

Tibor Protection & Services office is not even open until 8:30 am. All of our guards have current guard cards, even our dispatchers and inspectors have guard cards. We do have a few employees that have degrees in training for MSHA and Site Specific Training, including all of our employees. I do notice that you have written over 1000 complaints against security companies. Hmmm... wonder what that's all about.
