Downloading files / adding another login account
When I attempt to download any file, and folder, I get a screen saying, "Looks like something went wrong."
I can't add anyone else to my account either. It's like I don't have admin rights to my own account.
I've attempted to contact them, and their Contact Us form errors out, and their ChatBot is inoperable.
I uploaded these files some time ago. But I should still be able to download them.
Desired outcome: I need to get to my files.

November 2023 and the same problem.
You can upload files and Delete files but you cant get them back.
What a waste of money this was.
