The Light Shop The Light Shop's Poor Customer Service and Delayed Delivery

I ordered something from The Light Shop about 3 months ago, but I still haven't received it yet. I've tried to contact them a few times to see what's going on, but I haven't gotten any response back. It's really frustrating because I was looking forward to getting my item and now I don't even know if I'll ever get it. I hope they can get their act together and start responding to their customers soon.
