Worst book order experience ever
I had the worst book order experience with this company ever. Placed an order for 8 books as a birthday gift, received a confirmation. Then, 3 weeks later, still no shipping update. All of a sudden, I get another order confirmation in the email for the same books. They tell me the system messed up. 4 weeks later, still no books.. and birthday is now missed. Avoid this company at all costs. They sell pretty books, but the order experience is terrible!
Desired outcome: Partial refund for system problems and shipping delays.
