This company called me unexpectedly and contacted my workplace three times in one day. It has put me in an awkward situation with my boss. As a professional company, it doesn't reflect well on us when their name appears on the caller ID. This could lead to me being reprimanded at work. They haven't sent any statements for me to verify the debt and who it is owed to. They are not pleasant and unwilling to cooperate in resolving the issue. Their only focus is on getting me to make a payment over the phone.

I had an account with a bank in Peoria, Illinois. They sent my account to collections, including a balance I never got a bill for. I tried to reach out to the collections agency to settle my account for the lowest amount due to my low income and need for assistance. I sent numerous letters and faxes to the agency. Some were sent before the pandemic, but they didn't respond.
