Super Star Car Wash review: Unauthorized credit card charges

On April 15th I was told at a Super Star Car Wash location they had a deal that day - $15 car wash. The representative did not provide any details, just quickly ran my card through the card reader. I didn't think much of it until two months later when I was reviewing my credit card statements and saw $27.95 taken out twice - once on May 17th and then on June 15th. I was flabbergasted! They charged me even though I never went back to that business for another car wash. AND NEVER GAVE MY CONSENT FOR THEM TO USE MY CARD. Have not signed any type of agreements, not on paper or electronically.

Anyway, I put the most recent amount on a dispute with my bank and will have one of the charges resolved that way. For the older one I'll take other actions. This type of deceptive practices must be stopped.
