As per the emails it’s cleared that I should only pay 3kd and I was ok with that but just now I got a call from aramex asking me 24.800 kd ,I was so shocked because first of all the product which I ordered it wasn’t order from me , it was a gift from the app and I don’t even know which product it was and then that product was cancelled bcz it’s band here ok no problem and then I was told to charge 3 kd and I agreed to it and now iam getting a call to pay 24.800 kd . This is not fair because already more than 3 months iam waiting for this package and now iam getting charge so much haram. This is not good . Iam so so so dissatisfied and disappointed with your service because suddenly iam getting informed that i should pay big amount , this is not good .I have done my payment everything perfectly still so much problem . I went here and there and cooperated with your procedures and still so much delay. I don’t have car we went here and there with taxi running from one end of sabah hospital to other end to finish the procedure that time also no one informed to pay 24.8 and I spent that time also so much in taxi going coming bcz 3 times I had to go to Sabah hospital and then printing from there and gathering the other papers stamp payment and all and now again you’re asking me to pay 24.8 KWD ? This is so unfair and wrong . I can’t pay now more for this much products , you either return back ny money which I spent on the products or give me the shipment with 3kd . I don’t want to spend a penny now in this nonsense.
