Stephanie H. Stilley, LCSW

Ms. Stephanie H. Stilley, LCSW was supposed to do a custody evaluation for me in August 19, but she didn't start the evaluation and ignored my calls, texts, and emails. She said my husband wouldn't participate, so she couldn't do her job. She disappeared in November and made me reschedule four court trials that were pending her evaluation. When the judge asked her to appear at the 1/4/2022 trial, she lied to the court about why she hadn't started her evaluation. She became hostile towards me, had ex parte communication with my husband, defended his accusations against me, threatened me and my disabled child's safety, and called me derogatory names. I recorded and transcribed her abuses and filed a complaint. She had me bring medical, court, and personal documents to her and said she would return them to me after she reviewed them, but she refused to return them. She recused herself during her investigation, but she sent me a letter stating she recused herself on 5/24/22. I asked her to return my documents and provide a detailed billing account, but she refused. She charged me approximately $3,000.00.
