This man tells you anything you want or need to hear as an agent. He also tells you that you are vested 100% immediately(you aren't given a copy of the contract he has you sign) and then cuts down commissions and if you switch to another insurance brokerage he then keeps ALL of your Medicare Advantage commissions.
